Settlements between Amin al-Mamalik's inheritors, 1922
Settlement regarding a house and garden from the properties of Amin al-Mamalik in the Surkhab neighborhood, including the andaruni, biruni, and deserted land that was jointly owned by his inheritors (whose shares have been recorded) and had not been divided. The property was in a state of ruin, so the co-owners made this settlement: Mirza Faraj Allah Mushir al-Hukama’, the son of Amin al-Mamalik, on behalf of himself and Mirza Mustafa ‘Ala’ al-Sultan, the son of Amin al-Mamalik, transfers all of their shares of the andaruni to his step-mother, Shafa Khanum, his two brothers, Mirza Taqi Khan...

Mirza Muhammad Zaki, the son of Mirza Muhammad Zaman (the former sheriff), representing his sisters, Khayr al-Nisa’ Khanum, Tuhfah Nisa’ Khanum, Khadijah Nisa’ Khanum, and Gawhar Nisa’ Khanum, has bestowed all of his sisters' shares of their father's inheritance of a house and a garden located at Surkhab neighborhood to Mirza Abu Muhammad the sheriff in exchange for one hundred dinars and one man [unit of weight] of wheat.

Dividing the inheritance of Sayyid Ibrahim, 1921
After listing the properties of Haji Sayyid Kazim Aqa, his mother (Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum), and inheritors of the late Mashhadi Sayyid Ibrahim, the share of inheritance of Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum, the mahr of Fatimah Khanum (wife of Sayyid Ibrahim) and of Sayyidah Sakinah Khanum (wife of Sayyid Kazim) were determined. Then Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum settled her share with Sayyid Kazim and inheritors of Sayyid Ibrahim; Hajiyah Sayyidah Zahra Khanum will hold ownership of her household items, clothing, and her gold. Also, custodians of underage children have been determined.
